Notifications

The Notifications panel is designed to display important events, account updates, and alerts relevant to your activity within QualiBooth.

You can access it by clicking the notifications bell in the top bar, just before your account menu (avatar). If there are unread notifications, a visual indicator will appear on the icon.

Currently, the primary use of notifications is to inform you of pending invitations to join an organization.

• When you receive an invitation, it will appear in the notifications panel.
• You can review the details and choose to accept the invitation directly from the panel.

Future updates may expand notifications to include additional events and account changes.

Notification Preferences

Email notifications are configured per user under Account › Notifications (account menu → Notification preferences). They are available to users who administer at least one organization.

Preferences are grouped by type — Daily Score Drop Alerts and Weekly Summary Report. Each group has a Send me these emails switch; when it is on, you can turn the emails on or off separately for Real Time Scanning and Scheduled Deep Scanning, and choose whether they cover all your organizations or only selected ones. Changes are saved automatically.

Account

My account in the account menu opens your Account, with two tabs: Profile and Notifications. The Profile tab shows:

• Profile – your name and email, which come from your QualiBooth sign-in
• Password – change your password on the secure sign-in page
• Session – log out of QualiBooth on this device
