Introduction

This step-by-step guide will walk you through creating your account, adding your first website, and activating accessibility monitoring.

1. Create Your Account

Sign Up

Visit QualiBooth.com and click “Free Trial” or “Sign Up.”

Fill out your:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Password and confirmation
• Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  or sign up instantly using Google or Microsoft SSO.

2. Verify Your Email

After submitting the registration form, you’ll be prompted to verify your email. A message will be sent to your inbox (from no-reply@qualibooth.com). Click the link in the email to activate your account. The link is valid for 1 hour.

3. Initial Website Setup

Once your email is verified, you're taken to a short three-step setup. A progress indicator at the top shows where you are: 1 Your site → 2 Plan → 3 Payment.

On the first step, Let's set up your first site, you'll:

• Enter your Organization name – usually your company or team
• Provide your Website address – the first site you want to make accessible
• (Optionally) Add a Display name for the site

This setup prepares your first site for monitoring.

4. Select Your Plan

After saving your site details, you’ll move on to step 2, Choose your plan. Use the Monthly / Annual switch above the plans to pick a billing interval (and the currency switch to pick USD or EUR). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you won't be charged today. Advanced is marked Most popular. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and click Start free trial on its card:

Every plan card lists its allowances (real-time page views, scheduled-scan pages, user seats, monitored sites and, where included, Agora seats) followed by its features. All plans include:

• Real-time monitoring
• Scheduled scanning (including Deep Scan)
• Shared component grouping
• Accessibility score
• Development Assistant
• Issue prioritization
• Dashboards
• Risk-prioritized and downloadable reports
• Custom flow monitoring
• Recommendations
• Progress tracking

Standard

Includes 1 monitored site and 1 user seat, with Real-Time Scanning up to 100K page views per month and Scheduled Scanning up to 500 page scans per month.

Advanced

Includes 3 monitored sites and 3 user seats, with Real-Time Scanning up to 1M page views per month and Scheduled Scanning up to 1,500 page scans per month, plus 1 Agora seat.

Adds on top of Standard plan:

• Multi-site support
• Jira integration

Premium

Includes 5 monitored sites and 10 user seats, with Real-Time Scanning up to 10M page views per month and Scheduled Scanning up to 4,000 page scans per month, plus 3 Agora seats.

Adds on top of Advanced plan:

• API access
• Code Analysis (CI/CD integration)

Enterprise: Tailored setup for complex needs

Fully customizable plan (use Contact sales on the Enterprise card) tailored for large-scale or specialized needs, with a custom allocation of page views, page scans (from 5,000 per month), user seats, monitored sites and Agora seats (from 10).

Includes all Premium features plus:

• Multiple organizations

Tip: Annual plans offer up to 20% discount — the Annual option on the switch shows the saving.

5. Add Payment Details

Step 3, Start your free trial, asks for billing information:

• Credit card number and expiry
• Organization name and country
• VAT number (if within the EU)

Next to the form, a summary shows the selected plan and interval (with a link to change it), the length of the free trial, the date the trial ends, the price you'll pay after the trial (including VAT if applicable) and Due today: 0.00. Review the purchase and confirm with Start free trial.

6. You're All Set

After confirming, the You're all set page confirms that your free trial has started and offers two ways to find your first accessibility issues:

• Add the tracking script (recommended) – opens the site's Monitoring setup so you can start real-time monitoring
• Run a deep scan now – opens a new scheduled scan for your site; no code changes needed

You can also choose Go to your overview to open your organization's Overview, or Take a quick product tour for a short guided walkthrough of the Sites page. The Agora desktop app can be downloaded at any time from Agora under AI tools in the sidebar.
