Appearance
Overview
The Overview tab is the first tab of a site's Monitoring section (formerly the Dashboard) and provides an overview of accessibility performance for a single selected website.
Once the QualiBooth tracking script is installed, real-time monitoring automatically analyzes every visited page. The collected data is continuously processed and aggregated, then visualized on the Overview to give you an up-to-date view of your site's accessibility status.
Note: The Overview always reflects data for the currently selected site. To look at another site, open it from Sites or jump to it with the search (⌘K / Ctrl K).
Available Filters
You can refine the displayed data using the filter row at the top. The period and tag you choose carry over to the Issues and Pages tabs.
Period
Defines the time window used across the Overview, except the Accessibility Score, which always represents the most recent aggregated score for the site. Pick one of the period chips:
- 1 hour: Results for the last completed hour.
- 24 hours (default): Results for the last completed 24 hours. For example, if it’s 14:47 on Jan 2, the charts reflect data from Jan 1 at 14:00 to Jan 2 at 13:59.
- 7 days: Shows the past 7 full days. If it’s Jan 10, results span Jan 3 to Jan 9.
- 30 days: Similar to above, covering the previous 30 full days.
- 12 months: Monthly aggregates from the start of each month. If today is Jan 1, it reflects Jan–Dec of the previous year.
Tag Filter (Optional)
Filter results based on custom tags. This allows you to focus on specific page groups, templates, or areas of your website. The tag filter appears once the site has at least one tag; choose All tags to clear it.
Key Figures
A row of cards summarizes the selected period:
- Accessibility score (or Score for this tag when a tag is selected)
- Issues found – issues detected in the selected period
- Pages scanned – pages scanned in the most recent interval
- Page views – page views in the selected period
Accessibility Score
The Site accessibility score card (or Accessibility score by selected tag) shows a dynamic metric offering a snapshot of your site's accessibility level, with real-time scoring based on the most recent data, primarily reflecting the previous day's score for accuracy.
New users: For newly integrated sites, the score is initially calculated based on the latest hour and switches to daily once more data is available.
For details on how the accessibility score is calculated, see the Accessibility Scoring System page.
Score Levels
- High (Green): Scores 85-100 signify strong compliance with accessibility standards.
- Medium (Orange): Scores 60-85 highlight partial compliance, indicating areas for improvement.
- Low (Red): Scores below 60 denote significant accessibility barriers.
Hourly Score
The hourly score is an average value from all page visits' score during that hour. If there are more heavily visited pages on a website (for example its homepage), those will have higher weight in determining the hourly score since there will be more processed scans for such pages compared to others. Thus, the score is based on the average user's experience and not just an average number for all scanned different pages.
Daily Score
Same principle as hourly score, but aggregated over a 24-hour period.
Trend
Track how your website’s accessibility evolves over time with an interactive chart for the selected period (hourly, daily or monthly points, depending on the period). Use the switcher in the Trend card to choose the metric:
- Score: Visual trend of your site’s accessibility score.
- Issues: Count of ongoing issues detected over time. An issue remains counted until resolved.
- Views: Measures how often visitors encounter issues. For example, if two users experience the same issue, the count is 2. This highlights real-world impact, not just technical presence, and helps for issue prioritization.
- Pages: Tracks how many unique pages contain accessibility issues.
Issues by Severity
Displays the distribution of issues based on their severity level over the selected period:
- Critical (highest)
- High
- Medium
- Low (lowest)
Clicking on any slice of the Issues by severity chart opens the Issues tab filtered to that severity level for the selected period.
Issues by WCAG Level
WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines are categorized into three levels of conformance to meet the needs of different groups and different situations: A (lowest), AA (mid-range), and AAA (highest). Issues marked as A are a must have, AA – should have, AAA stands for good to have. Addressing level A and level AA issues is usually enough to meet accessibility compliance. Addressing AAA as well will make your website fully accessible and easy for use to people with different kinds of disabilities using different types of devices.
Clicking on any slice of the Issues by WCAG level chart opens the Issues tab filtered to that violation level for the selected period.
