Scans List

The Scheduled scans page lists all scans created for a website (previously called the Configurations screen). Each scan defines what URLs are scanned, how often scans run, and how crawl behavior is controlled.

At the top of the page, you can see:

  • A Page scans used card, showing the current period's page scans used versus available scans for your account
  • An indication when scan credits have been fully consumed.

Note: Scan credit usage is tracked at account level, not per site or per organization.

Admins and power users create new scans with New scan. When a site has no scans yet, the page explains the three steps — create a scan, add URLs, run and review.

Infrastructure & Firewall Configuration

Some websites may block automated scanning because of firewall rules, Cloudflare protection, or other security filtering.

If needed, expand the Infrastructure & firewall card below the list and allowlist the listed QualiBooth deep scan IP addresses in your firewall or security configuration to ensure scans can access the website successfully.

This section is typically only relevant for websites with strict infrastructure or firewall restrictions.

Scan List

For each scan, the table displays:

  • Name – The name used to identify the scan (default is the site name). Clicking a scan name opens its Runs.
  • Status
    • Running – A scan is currently in progress. Applies only for On demand scans.
    • Active – Scheduled scanning is enabled
    • Inactive – Scheduled scanning is not activated
  • Score – The accessibility score of the latest run
  • URLs – Number of enabled URLs included in the scan. Disabled URLs are excluded.
  • Last run – Start date of the most recent scan, linked to its report ("Never" if it hasn't run yet)
  • Frequency – Scan schedule (On demand, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Rate limit – Crawl rate applied during scanning

When scan credit limits are reached, a visual warning indicator is shown with a tooltip explaining that the scan limit has been reached. No additional scheduled or on-demand scans will start until scan credits are available again.

Actions

Admins and power users have these actions on each row. Which run action is shown depends on the scan type and status:

  • Run scan now – Available for On demand scans
  • Activate scan – Enables scheduled scans
  • Deactivate scan – Disables scheduled scans
  • Stop scan – Stops a currently running scan
  • Copy configuration – Creates a new scan by duplicating the selected one. All settings and URLs are copied, and the copy opens on its Settings tab, where only the name needs to be updated.
  • Edit settings – Opens the scan's Settings tab, allowing you to modify its schedule and other settings. URLs are managed on its URLs tab.
  • Delete scan – Permanently removes the scan after confirmation

The same run action is also available at the right of the tab bar when you open a scan.
