Real-Time Monitoring Setup
Real-time monitoring (Real-Time Scanning) continuously checks accessibility based on real user visits by using a lightweight tracking script.
Open the Monitoring Setup
To install the tracking script:
- Click Sites in the sidebar after logging into the Portal.
- Locate the website where you want to enable real-time monitoring.
- Click Monitoring on that site's card.
For a site that isn't monitored yet, this opens the site's Monitoring › Setup tab directly. Otherwise, select the Setup tab yourself. You can also start from the Get set up checklist on the Overview, or from Set up monitoring on the site's overview.
The Setup tab is available to admins and power users. It guides you through three numbered steps.
Step 1: Add the Script to Your Site
- Choose your preferred installation method:
- Paste into <head> – add the script to the
<head>of every page you want to monitor - Google Tag Manager – add it in GTM as a new Custom HTML tag that fires on all pages

- Click Copy code to copy the tracking script.
- If someone else maintains your site, click Email it to my developer and enter their email address to send them the code and instructions.
- Add the script to your website and deploy the changes.
- The script loads asynchronously and does not slow your pages down.
If your website uses a Content Security Policy (CSP), expand Does your site use a Content Security Policy (CSP)? below the code, and follow our CSP Configuration guide to whitelist https://*.qualibooth.com.
Step 2: Open Your Site to Confirm
Load any page of your site in a browser (the Open link opens it in a new tab). As soon as the script reports in, the status changes from Waiting for first visit to Live. Click Check again to refresh the status.
Step 3: See Your First Results
Once the status is Live, data is coming in. Use Open overview or View issues to see the first results — the Monitoring overview fills in within minutes of the first visit, and scores, issues and pages then update continuously as people browse.
You can temporarily pause real-time monitoring at any time using the Monitoring switch below the steps. See Setup.
Next Steps
