Scan Results
The Scan Results (Scan Report) screen provides a detailed summary of a single scan run.
At the top of the page, results are grouped into four tabs - Accessibility, Performance, SEO and Agentic Readiness. Accessibility is selected when the screen opens. Next to the tabs you can switch between Desktop results and Mobile results; the device you choose applies to whichever tab is active. Each view displays results specific to the selected metric and platform.
The active tab is kept in the page address, so a bookmarked or shared link reopens on the same tab.
Performance, SEO and Agentic Readiness are described in Quality Metrics; the sections below cover how they appear on this screen.
Scan Information
Above the tabs, the Scan Information block reports the facts that describe the run itself rather than any one metric, so it stays visible whichever tab you are on:
- Total URLs scanned
- Scan duration - while a run is still in progress this is labelled Scan Duration (Running) and counts up
Scan Summary
On the Accessibility tab, the Overall Statistics section includes:
- Overall accessibility score
- Affected URLs
- Total issues found
- Issues grouped by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low)
On the other three tabs, the summary reports that metric for the whole run:
- Performance - overall score, plus the run's average LCP, CLS, TBT, FCP and Speed Index
- SEO - overall score
- Agentic Readiness - overall score together with the number of checks passed out of the checks that applied
Each of these three is calculated only from the pages that actually have data for that metric. When some pages do not, the summary says so - for example Based on 42 of 50 scanned pages. If the metric was not collected for this run at all, the score reads as Not scanned rather than zero.
Scanned URLs Table
The table lists all scanned URLs. Each row represents an individual URL, with the following metrics applying only to that specific URL:
- URL - Clicking on a URL opens the URL Scan Details page.
- Accessibility score - for the scanned URL
- Total number of issues found
- Issue breakdown by severity
- Status (Scanned or Failed, including failure reason if applicable)
The table's columns follow the active tab, so it always shows the per-page figures for the metric you are looking at:
| Tab | Columns |
|---|---|
| Accessibility | URL, Status, Score, Total issues, Critical, High, Medium, Low |
| Performance | URL, Status, Score, LCP, TBT, Speed Index, CLS, FCP |
| SEO | URL, Status, Score |
| Agentic Readiness | URL, Status, Score, Checks Passed |
The Performance tab carries all five Core Web Vitals the panel above it summarises, so a page that is an outlier on TBT, Speed Index or FCP is visible in the table rather than only in the run average.
On the three quality-metric tabs, Status reports whether that metric was collected for the page - Scanned, Not scanned or Failed - and a page without data shows a dash instead of a score. Column sorting and the status filter apply to the accessibility results. Clicking a URL opens its URL Scan Details on the same tab you were viewing.
Filtering by status is available to help identify failed or problematic scans quickly.
For a failed URL, the reported reason explains what prevented the scan. If the configuration uses Authentication and the scan could not sign in, the reason states that authentication failed and describes the cause - for example rejected credentials, a login form that could not be found, or a login page that could not be reached. QualiBooth also captures a screenshot of the page at the moment sign-in failed and references it in the reason, which helps distinguish a wrong password from a site error. Authentication failures are not retried, so the rest of the run completes without delay.
