Introduction

The My Sites section is the central hub for managing all websites associated with your organization. From here, you can view your registered domains, monitor accessibility and site quality scores, and navigate to both Real-Time Scanning and Scheduled Scanning features for each site. Based on your subscription plan, you can register and monitor one or more websites.

Active Sites

The Active Sites tab lists all websites currently being monitored. Each site provides access to both scanning modes, allowing you to manage continuous monitoring and scheduled audits independently. For each site, you can view Accessibility, Performance, SEO and Agentic Readiness scores, navigate to scanning features, and manage site-specific settings.

Key Features:

Website - Displays the site’s name. If no display name is set, the domain URL is shown. Hovering over the name reveals the full domain.

Accessibility Score - Shows the site’s accessibility score (0–100) from whichever scanning mode the site has configured:

  • Real-Time Scanning active - its current score, based on real user interactions collected via the tracking script and updated continuously as data arrives
  • Only Scheduled Scanning active - the score of the most recent completed server-side scan, averaged across its desktop and mobile results
  • Both active - the Real-Time score

A small icon beside the label shows which scan the displayed score came from. This is a single gauge: the Real-Time and Scheduled scores used to be shown side by side, which left one ring permanently empty on the many sites that run only one of the two modes.

Performance, SEO and Agentic Readiness Scores - Three further gauges show the site’s quality scores (0–100) from its most recent completed scheduled scan: how quickly its pages load, how well they follow technical search-engine practices, and how well AI agents can understand and operate them. Each is an aggregate across the pages in that run for which the metric was collected, combining desktop and mobile results.

These three metrics are an optional part of a scan configuration, so a site that has never collected them is shown as not scanned rather than as a zero. See Quality Metrics for what each metric measures and how to read its findings.

Reading the four gauges - Accessibility, Performance, SEO and Agentic Readiness are shown in that order, each labelled above the ring with its metric name and an icon. Every gauge carries the status word for its band underneath:

ScoreStatusColour
85-100GoodGreen
60-84AverageAmber
1-59PoorRed
No resultNot ScannedA dash in a plain light-grey ring
Audit did not completeScan FailedA warning symbol in a red ring, with no number

All four gauges use the same bands and the same states, so a colour and a status word always mean the same thing. A score of 0 is treated as "not scored yet" rather than as a failing grade - no metric returns a genuine 0 - so it appears as Not Scanned rather than as a red zero. On narrow screens the gauges wrap onto a second row rather than being cut off.

Navigation (Go To) - Use the available buttons to navigate directly to:

  • Real-Time Scanning – continuous accessibility monitoring
  • Scheduled Scanning – automated, server-side accessibility audits

Actions

  • Edit Site (pencil icon) – Update the display name or configure the default homepage path used by Dev Assistant
  • Delete Site (trash icon) – Remove the site from active monitoring

Deleted sites are retained for 30 days before permanent removal.
