Scan History

The Scan History screen shows all scan runs executed for a selected configuration. You can toggle between Desktop and Mobile results to inspect platform-specific outcomes.

At the top of the page, you can see:

• Current scan status
• Total number of enabled URLs in the configuration
• Scan frequency
• Rate limiting settings

Scan History Table

Each scan run includes:

• Date Created – Clicking a scan date opens the scan report for the run.
• Status – Running or Completed
• Overall Score – Average accessibility score from all URLs scanned for the selected device type
• Total URLs scanned - The number of all scanned URLs
• Total number of issues found - all accessibility issues identified during the run
• Issue breakdown by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low)

Score Trends

Above the table, a Score Over Time chart plots how the accessibility score has moved across the configuration's runs. Accessibility is charted first, at full width; below it, a chart is drawn for each of the other scan categories that has data - Performance, SEO, Best Practices and Agentic Readiness - each in its own colour.

A chart appears only where the configuration has at least two runs carrying that score, since a single point cannot show a trend. Categories a configuration has never collected - the three quality metrics are optional per configuration - are simply not charted.
